Attic specialists
Restore your attic. Protect everything below it.
ASM removes attic mold by first identifying why moisture is reaching the roof deck, then isolating the work area, treating contaminated wood and addressing affected insulation. Every completed job is inspected before a written Mold Remediation Warranty Certificate is issued.

How the work happens
Four clear stages.
One accountable team.
Many contained attic projects can be completed in one to three working days. Large attics, extensive insulation removal or repairs may require more time after the initial inspection.
- 01
Inspect
We examine the roof deck, framing, ventilation, insulation and signs of leaks or condensation.
- 02
Contain
The work zone is isolated to help prevent spores and debris from reaching living areas.
- 03
Remediate
Affected materials are treated or removed using professional equipment and approved products.
- 04
Verify
We inspect the completed work, review prevention steps and provide your warranty certificate.
Project scope
What shapes the work?
ASM confirms the responsible scope after a free inspection because materials, access, moisture source and containment matter more than a generic online estimate.

Helpful answers
Questions about attic mold removal
Why does mold grow in an attic?+
Common causes include roof leaks, blocked soffit vents, insufficient exhaust ventilation, bathroom fans venting into the attic and warm indoor air condensing on cold roof sheathing.
Do I need to replace all of my attic insulation?+
Not always. The inspection determines whether insulation is dry and unaffected, locally contaminated or requires wider removal. ASM explains the condition before recommending replacement.
Can attic mold come back after treatment?+
Mold can return if the underlying moisture source remains. That is why ASM looks for leaks, condensation and ventilation issues as part of the remediation plan.
